The present study aims to examine the components of woman, love, and emotion in the poetry of Fereydoun Moshiri from the perspective of feminist criticism. Due to its emotionally rich language, romantic themes, and emphasis on human relationships, Moshiri’s poetry provides an appropriate framework for exploring the representation of women and the depiction of human emotions in contemporary Persian literature. Therefore, the necessity of this research lies in applying a feminist critical approach to investigate the portrayal of women, the concept of love, and the position of emotion in the poet’s imaginative world, and to clarify their various dimensions. The main research question of this study is how the components of woman, love, and emotion are represented in Fereydoun Moshiri’s poetry from a feminist perspective, and what kind of image of women and emotional relationships these representations convey. The research method is descriptive–analytical and is based on qualitative content analysis of selected poems by Fereydoun Moshiri. In this regard, a number of his romantic and emotional poems have been selected and analyzed in light of the theoretical foundations of feminist criticism. The purpose of this research is to explore the representation of women, the concept of love, and the role of emotion in the semantic structure of Moshiri’s poetry. The findings indicate that women in many of Moshiri’s poems are predominantly portrayed as idealized beloveds and sources of emotional inspiration, often described through symbolic and aesthetic imagery.
